Do you think Apple will increase the screen size in this year's iPhone 5?

I don't think they would. Because Apple thinks that 3.5 inch is the most user friendly size since you can reach all points of the screen with your thumb on that screen but any bigger than 3.5 inches and you'll end up straining your fingers. Apple pays a lot of attention to designing their products so they might just not increase the screen size.
